WHO THIS IS FOR

You don't need to be broken to come here. You need to be ready.

TWO KINDS OF PEOPLE COME TO THIS RETREAT

Some arrive in the middle of something. Others arrive from stability.

Some arrive in the middle of a relationship ending, a career that no longer fits, a life phase that has shifted beneath them and left them uncertain of who they are in the new terrain.

Others arrive from stability. Their life is functioning. They are not in crisis. But there is a persistent sense that something is being left unexplored — a layer of themselves they have not yet met, a way of relating that has started to feel incomplete.

Both are welcome here. Both will find what they came for.

The retreat might be for you if you are...

Navigating Change

  • A relationship has ended or significantly changed

  • A career shift is underway — by choice or by circumstance

  • You've entered a new life phase: post-parenting, post-relationship, post-identity

  • You're at a crossroads and not yet sure which path is actually yours

  • Something has shifted, and you haven't yet found your footing

These transitions are invitations to look more honestly at who you are beneath the role that changed.

Ready for Growth

  • You want to know yourself more honestly

  • You notice patterns in yourself — in relationships, in work, in the way you hold back — and you want to understand them from the inside

  • You want to experience what it feels like to be fully present

  • You're drawn to the combination of ocean, movement, and psychological depth — and something about it feels like exactly what you need

  • You want your relationships and your life to feel more authentic

This retreat provides the space, the support, and the conditions to begin that journey.

This retreat may not be the right fit if...

This retreat is not for everyone, and that is intentional. The application process exists to ensure that this is the right experience for you — and that you are the right person for this group.

  • You are currently in acute mental health crisis and need a more clinical level of support

  • You're looking for a vacation with some light wellness programming

  • You are not able or willing to engage with a group process

  • You are not open to physical activity or ocean-based experiences

THE ONE WHO HOLDS EVERYTHING TOGETHER

The person others lean on. You've built a life around being needed — and somewhere in that, you've lost access to what you actually need. You're not sure how to receive care, how to be seen without performing strength, or how to be in a group without managing everyone else's experience.

THE HIGH PERFORMER LOOKING FOR SOMETHING MORE

The career is successful, the relationships appear intact, the routines are in place. Yet, beneath the competence, something feels hollow. A persistent sense that life is happening at the surface of itself.

You've read the books. Done the therapy. Attended the workshops. You have language for your patterns and insight into their origins. What you haven't had is the experience of them being worked through in the body, in real time, with others.

THE EXPERIENCED SEEKER WHO WANTS SOMETHING DIFFERENT

THE PERSON IN TRANSITION

A significant chapter has closed. The identity that was built around that chapter — spouse, parent, professional in a specific role — no longer fits. The question is not only "what next?" but "who am I now, without the role I had?"

Who Comes to This Retreat

You do not need prior experience in therapy, surfing, or freediving to participate in this retreat.

The only requirement is a genuine willingness to engage: with the process, with the group, and with yourself. If that's present, everything else can be learned.
