It is a real, powerful, living body of water — with surf breaks suited to beginners and intermediate surfers, and freediving conditions that offer genuine depth and clarity.
Working in this ocean is a different order of experience from a structured pool exercise. The unpredictability, the power, and the beauty of the water create conditions that cannot be replicated indoors — and that generate exactly the kind of non-habitual experience that allows authentic patterns to emerge.

Getting There
Todos Santos is approximately one hour north of Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), which is served by direct flights from major North American and Mexican cities. Shared or private airport transfers can be arranged.
When To Come
The retreat runs in periods that offer the most consistent ocean and weather conditions: late fall through early spring (October through May), avoiding the peak summer heat of August and September. Specific dates for upcoming retreats are listed on the Pricing & Apply page.
